250D AHU – Hand-Spooled Kodak 5207 – 35mm – 36 Exp

250D AHU is a daylight-balanced professional colour negative film, hand-spooled from fresh Kodak VISION3 5207 motion picture stock. It produces sharp, detailed images with natural skin tones, controlled colour and excellent retention of both highlight and shadow detail.

The new AHU construction has no remjet backing, so it can be processed normally in standard C-41 chemistry.

Lab Note:

During testing, we found that 100D, 250D and 500T can be more susceptible to light piping and light leaks through the rear of the camera.

We recommend loading the film in subdued light. If your camera has not been serviced recently or its light seals have not been replaced, we also recommend covering the rear film identification window with opaque tape.
