100D — 5294 Hand-Spooled E-6 Film

Fine grain, clean whites and rich, accurate colour.

100D is a daylight-balanced professional transparency film, hand-spooled from fresh Kodak 5294 motion picture stock. It produces exceptionally sharp, virtually grainless images with natural skin tones, a neutral tonal scale and moderately enhanced colour.

Unlike colour negative film, what you see on the developed film is the finished positive image. Hold it up to the light and there it is.

100D is processed using E-6 chemistry and does not have remjet.

Lab Note:

During testing, we found that 100D, 250D and 500T can be more susceptible to light piping and light leaks through the rear of the camera.

We recommend loading the film in subdued light. If your camera has not been serviced recently or its light seals have not been replaced, we also recommend covering the rear film identification window with opaque tape.
