How to Pick Up

Use the 4 digit code you received via SMS to open your secure pick up locker at Ikigai HQ.

Pick Up Hours

Monday - Friday 9:30 am - 4:30 pm.

No pick up available on weekends or public holidays.

Order film supply before 3:30 pm Monday - Friday for same-day collection.

Pick Up Location

Ikigai HQ: 62 Albemarle Street, Williamstown North

Look for the orange parcel lockers in front of our warehouse roller door.

Need longer to pick up?

We have a limited number of locker spots available, so we kindly ask you collect your package within 3 business days from when you receive your access code SMS.
Should you need longer to collect, please email us and we will extend your pick up window if there is space, or have it rescheduled to a day that is more convenient for you.
